Employment Law
The Turkish Labor Law applies to nearly all employees, with a few exceptions, irrespective of the workplace's size or conditions, in accordance with labor regulations. Serving as the primary legal framework, it establishes fundamental rights for employees in Turkey.

Additionally, the Turkish Code of Obligations holds a general legal status and should be considered in situations not covered by the aforementioned statutes. Featuring a dedicated section to labor law, certain employees are mandated to strictly adhere to the provisions outlined in the Turkish Code of Obligations.
With numerous foreign corporations investing in Turkey, Turkish labour law may pose occasional challenges for these companies. Services are also extended to foreign clients through Turkish companies and individual taxpayers. In this context, the contractual relationships established by non-Turkish enterprises with freelancers in Turkey and the resolution of conflicts arising from these arrangements are of paramount importance.

At CCS Law, we manage labour law compliance processes and address labour law issues for both domestic and international businesses, offering expertise in employment contracts, Turkish labour regulations, dispute resolution, and workplace legal consultation.
