Submit A Case
Submit a Case
Start Your Case Assessment
If your business is dealing with a cross-border payment dispute or an unpaid commercial receivable, the first step is to submit the basic details of the claim for an initial review.
At CCS Law, every international debt recovery matter begins with a structured case assessment to evaluate whether the claim is commercially viable and to identify the most appropriate recovery pathway.
What Information to Provide
To begin the process, you can submit basic information about the claim through our case submission form. This may include:
- Debtor name and location
- Amount outstanding
- Nature of the underlying transaction or contract
- Any supporting documentation such as invoices, agreements or correspondence
Initial Strategic Review
Once the information is received, our team will conduct an initial review to determine whether the matter is suitable for our structured recovery process. Where appropriate, we will contact you to discuss possible next steps, which may include strategic screening, pre-litigation recovery or coordination with local counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
Submitting a case does not create a legal engagement or obligation for either party. It simply allows us to evaluate the matter and determine whether we can assist.
Early assessment often helps identify the most efficient recovery strategy and reduces the risk of delays later in the process.
